腓肠肌腱膜V—Y延长结合带线锚钉修复陈旧性跟腱断裂

目的探讨腓肠肌腱膜V—Y延长结合带线锚钉修复陈旧性跟腱断裂的手术方法及疗效。方法 2013年7月~2015年11月,采用腓肠肌腱膜V—Y延长结合带线锚钉修复陈旧性跟腱断裂7例,采用美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)评分,和疼痛视觉模拟(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分,对患者术前及末次随访时进行功能和疗效评判。结果患者术后末次随访时AOFAS评分由术前69.34±4.97分增至90.98±2.03分,VAS评分由术前2.74±1.56分降至0.78±0.71分,差异具有统计学意义(0.05)。结论腓肠肌腱膜V—Y延长结合带线锚钉可有效的修复陈旧性跟腱断裂,纠正足部畸形。

Treatment of chronic Achilles tendon rupture by using a V-Y extended gastrocnemius fascia flap with anchor

Objective To explore the effectiveness for the treatment of chronic Achilles tendon rupture by using V-Y extended gastrocnemius fascia flap with anchor. Methods From July 2013 to November 2015, 7 patients with chronic Achilles tendon rupture were treated by using V-Y extended gastrocnemius fascia flap with anchor. According to the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score, clinical outcome and function were retrospectively analyzed before operation and the last follow-up. Results The post-operative AOFAS score (90.98±2.03) was higher than preoperation (69.34±4.97), VAS score (0.78±0.71) was lower than preoperation (2.74±1.56), both had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion By using a V-Y extended gastrocnemius fascia flap with anchor, it has satisfactory outcome and effectively correct deformities of foot.
