浅谈门诊换药室的工作

我院是以中医治疗为主中西医结合性质的综合性医院。门诊换药室承担着自于创伤、普外、骨伤等科室的病人因创伤、皮肤炎症、烫伤、门诊术后的换药和更换敷料,也包括骨折病人的石膏、夹板固定后的重新调整包扎及中药外敷等工作。其涉及面广泛,工作性质复杂,为确保工作质量,在管理上就要积极创造有利条件,调动本室护理人员的工作积极性,严格落实各项规章制度,倡导职业道德,提高护理人员的业务素质,才能达到有效的护理目标。
