摘    要:目的 研究抗白细胞药物,环磷酰胺,氯化奎宁,秋水仙碱在保护大鼠局灶性脑缺血中的时间窗问题。方法 用线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉区缺血再灌注模型,检测于栓塞后1h,6h,12h,24h四个不同的时间窗应用抗白细胞药物对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后梗塞体积及梗塞区小胶质细胞数的影响。结果 抗白细胞药物于1h6h,12h三个时间窗给药,其疗效相似(P〉0.05),显著优于24h给药组和对照组(P〈0.01),而24h

Abstract:Objective To study the therapeutic time window of antileukocytic drugs such as cyclophosphamide, chloroquine and colchicine against the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Method The rat models of middle cerebral artery (MCA) focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury were established with the suture method. The author also investigated the effects of antileukocytic drugs on the infarct volume, positive number of Isolectin B4 labed microglia in cerebral ischemic area in different therapeutic time windows(1h,6h,12h,24h).Result The infarct volume and positive number of Isolectin B4 labed microglia in the 1h,6h, 12h group were about the same ( P >0.05) but were different from that of control and 24h group( P <0.01).The value of 24h group was significantly decreased when compared with that of control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Antileukocytic drugs against the focal cerebral ischemical injury has very effective therapeutic time window (>24h) and the optimum therapeutic time window(<12h).
