两种采血方法在放置时间上对血常规结果的影响

目的探讨血常规检测中,两种采血方法在放置时间上对检测结果的影响。方法从2013年6——12月,选取本院行静脉血或末梢血检查血常规的患者以及健康体检者,共100例为研究对象。将所有患者随机分成静脉血组和末梢血组,每组各50例。采血后在0、60、120 min三个时间点上,对各个标本分别进行检测,然后比较两组的3次检测结果。结果静脉血组除血小板体积稍有增大外,其他项目在0、60、120 min三个时间点的检测结果差异,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。末梢血组静置60、120 min后血小板计数明显升高,白细胞计数明显降低,与0min的检测结果均有差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;但静置60、120 min这两个时间点的血小板计数和白细胞计数差异,均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论在血常规检测中,末梢血检验结果因受时间的影响,必须在采血后马上检测,否则其结果准确率降低;静脉血具有较好的稳定性,短期内（60 min）不受时间的影响,检测结果的准确性明显较高,是临床血常规检验的常用血液标本。

Effect of two sampling methods on blood routine in placed time

Objective Investigate the blood test, the effect of two kinds of sampling methods on the test results in the placed time. Methods Collected the venous blood and peripheral blood of patients and normal from Puyang Ophthalmologic Hospital between 2013 June and 2013 December, the 100cases were the research objects. All cases were randomly divided inter venous blood and peripheral blood group, each group of 50 cases. In 0 min,60 min,120 min three time points, tested the specimens respectively and compared the three testing results of the two groups. Results Venous blood group except platelet volume increased slightly, all the rest in 0 min,60 min,120 min test results of three time points difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Platelet counting increased, white blood cell counting reduced placed for 60 min,120 min in peripheral blood group, and have differences in 0 min test results, was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. But the differences of platelet count and white blood cell count placed 60 min, 120 min were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the blood routine, peripheral blood testing results were influenced by the time, it must be tested immediately after drawing blood, otherwise the results accuracy will be reduced. Venous blood has good stability, will not affected in the short term（60 min）, the accuracy of testing results was significantly higher, is the clinical common blood specimens of blood routine.
