棕榈酸帕利哌酮和口服帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效和安全性对照研究

目的：探讨棕榈酸帕利哌酮与口服帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效和安全性,为临床选择药物提供参考依据。方法：选择76例精神分裂症患者,随机分成棕榈酸帕利哌酮（PP）组及口服帕利哌酮缓释片组,治疗时间为16周。在治疗第4周、第8周、第12周、第16周末分别用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和安全性。结果：两组PANSS总分4周末开始与基线比较均显著下降（P〈0.01）,第4周末、第8周末组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组的疗效相当,试验组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：棕榈酸帕利哌酮组与口服帕利哌酮缓释片组相比,治疗精神分裂症的疗效相当,但不良反应较少。肌内注射棕榈酸帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症是安全有效的。

Studies on the Effect and Safety of Intramuscular Paliperidone Palmitate and Oral Pafiperidone extended-release tablets in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy and safety in patients with schizophrenia using the Paliperidonc Palmitate and oral Paliperidoneand,provides the reference for the clinical drug of choice.Methods 76 cases of patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into intramuscular Paliperidone Palmilate（PP） group and the oral Paliperidone group,16 weeks of treatment.Evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions in the treatment of 4,8,12 and 16 weeks using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS）,adverse reactions Scale（TESS） to assess the efficacy and safety.Results PANSS score of two groups were significantly decreased compared with baseline from 4 weekend（P 〈 0.01）,with a significant difference between the two groups at the end of the 4, 8（P 〈 0.01）.the adverse reaction rate of test group was lower than the control group,but no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of Paliperidone Palmitate and oral Paliperidone Palmitate tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia is equivalent,but adverse reactions is less.Intramuscular Paliperidone Palmitate for treatment of schizophrenia is safe and effective.
