| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨平衡训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者步态及行走能力的影响。[方法]50例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例;对照组予常规药物治疗及康复治疗;治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用平衡功能训练,平衡功能评定采用Berg平衡量表,ADL评定采用改良Barthel指数,步行能力评定采用Holden步行功能分级,在治疗8周后对两组患者进行评定。[结果]治疗前两组的Berg平衡功能评分、Bathel指数评分以及Holden步行功能分级无显著性差异(P0.05);治疗后,两组的评分均较治疗前改善(Berg平衡功能评分、Bathel指数评分以及Holden步行功能分级P0.05),且治疗组改善的程度大于对照组。[结论]平衡训练可以促进脑卒中偏瘫患者步态和行走能力的恢复。
