摘    要:本文介绍了一种面向远程医疗的生理监护系统,系统结构主要包括生理参数监护终端、通讯网络和数据服务网站。生理监护终端包括心电、心率、血压、血氧饱和度、体温和呼吸等生理测量模块,每个模块都通过临床验证。通讯网络有基于CDMA/GPRS、基于互联网及基于机顶盒等方式。该系统先后进行了产品演示、远程通讯测试,结果显示该系统可以作为一个有效的远程医疗平台。

Abstract:Describes a physiological monitoring system which is suited for telemedicine includes a physiological monitor,a communication network and a data server.The physiological monitor includes several physiological measurement models,such as ECG,heart rate,blood pressure,oxygen saturation,body temperature and respiration.Each model has been verified in clinic.Three communication methods of communication network are based on CDMA,GPRS,internet and TV set-top box respectively.The product demonstration and telecom- munication test of the system had been made and the results show that the system works well for telemedicine.
