内江市2009年消除碘缺乏病技术指标监测分析

目的考核各县(区)消除碘缺乏病技术指标,为内江市实现消除碘缺乏病目标提供科学依据。方法各县(区)随机抽取居民户食用盐288份,采用GB/T13025.7-1999仲裁法进行实验室定量检测;随机抽取8～10岁儿童400名采用触诊法(按照WS276-2007)检查甲状腺;同时随机抽取100份学生尿样,采用砷铈催化分光光度方法(WS/T107-2006)测定尿碘浓度;随机抽取五年级学生150名,在学校附近抽取家庭主妇50名,采用答(问)卷调查健康教育知晓情况。结果内江市5县(区)居民合格碘盐食用率在95.14%～100.00%之间,均>90%;碘盐覆盖率在97.22%～100.00%之间,均>95%;8～10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率在2.25%～4.50%之间,均<5%;8～10岁儿童尿碘含量中位数在260.50～288.40ug/L之间,且尿碘含量低于50ug/L的比例在5%～10%之间,均<20%;五年级学生碘缺乏病知识知晓率在93.33%～99.33%之间,均>90%;学校附近家庭主妇碘缺乏病知识知晓率在88.00%～98.00%之间,均>85%。结论内江市5县(区)消除碘缺乏病技术指标符合《四川省实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估方案》的要求。

Analysis on technical indicators of elimination of iodine deficiency disorders

Objective To assess the technical indicators of control of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) of each county(district),and provide scientific basis for the elimination of IDD.Methods Select randomly 288 samples of residents' edible salt from each county(district) to conduct laboratory quantitative detection through the method of GB∕T13025.7-1999 arbitration;select randomly 400 children at the age of 8～10 to check their thyroid through palpation(according to WS276-2007);select randomly 100 students' urine samples to determine the concentration of urine iodine through the method of arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometric(WS∕T107-2006);and select randomly 150 students in grade five and 50 housewives nearby the school to investigate their awareness of health education through questionnaire.Results Among the five counties(districts) of Neijiang,the qualified rate of iodized salt was more than 90%,between 95.14% and 100.00%;the coverage rate of iodized salt was more than 95%,between 97.22% and 100.00%;the goiter rate of children aged 8～10 was less than 5%,between 2.25% and 4.50%;the content of urine iodine of children aged 8～10 was between 260.50 ug/L and 288.40 ug/L,and the ratio of the content was less than 50 ug/L was between 5% and 10%,with no more than 20%;the students' awareness of IDD at grade 5 was more than 90%,between 93.33% and 99.33%;and the housewives' awareness of IDD nearby the school was more than 85%,between 88.00% and 98.00%.Conclusion The technical indicator of elimination of IDD in five counties(districts) of NeiJiang conformed to the requirements of Assessment and Evaluation Scheme at County-level of Elimination of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Sichuan Province.
