| Abstract: | The paper introduced that the prekallikrein activator (PKA)activity in human plasma protein products can be determined by two -stage endpoint method.The method was very simple and convenient, its reproducibility was good, and the mean coefficient of variation was 2.6%, indicating that the method can be used as a technique of routine quality control. |
