老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变形态学特点

目的：探讨老年2型糖尿病患者下肢血管变的形态学特点。方法：采用彩色多普勒超声检测100例老年2型糖尿病患者（老年组）和87例非老年2型糖尿病患者（对照组）的下肢动脉，记录病程、糖尿病肾病（DN）、糖尿病视网模病变（DR）、冠心病（DHD）、脑血管病变（CVD），测血压、身高、体重，检测血生化标准。结果：老年组下肢血管病变检出率（93．0％）明显高于对照组（73．56％），P〈0．01；下肢血管内膜-中层厚度增加检出率老年组（56．87％）明显高于对照组（29．12％），P〈0．01；内膜-中层厚度增加，两组均呈节段性，其中老年组（42．52％）及对照组（40．13％）呈非均匀性；非同心圆性改变，组间比较差别无统计学意义。结论：老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变发生率高，近半数为非均匀性、非同心圆性改变。

Morphological characteristics of lower extremity vascular diseases in elderly patients Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To investigate morphological characteristics of lower extremit diseases(LEVD)in elderly Patients were different from those in adults.Methods:Lower extremity arteries in 100 elderly patients with T2DM(elderly group)and 87 non-elderly patients with T2DM(control group)were determines by color Doppler Uitrasonics.Coues of diseases,diabetic nephoropathy(DH),diabetic retinopthy(DR),coronary heart diseases(CHD),cerebrovascular diseases(CVD),blood pressure(Bp),stature,body weight,the blood biochemical examination were recorded and compared.Results: The incidence of LEVD in elderlygroup(93.0%)was significantly higher than in control group((73.56%))(P<0.01).The increase rate of lover extremity arterial intima-media thickness(IMT)in elderly griop(56.87%)was significantly higher than that in control group(29.12%)(P<0.01).The increase of IMT showed segmentary in two group,while 42.5%in elderly group and 40.13% in control group,which sowed non-homogeneous and non-concentic round.There was no significant difference between two groups in this aspect.Conclusion: The incidence of LEVD in eldrly patients with T2DM Was thgh.Age,Bp,other big vascular diseases and micro micro vascular diseases were important risk factor for LEVD.
