护理人员职业倦怠状况的调查分析

摘    要:目的调查护士职业倦怠的状况,寻求维护护士身心健康的措施,以减少职业倦怠的发生,提高护理服务质量。方法根据职业倦怠与工作匹配理论对Maslach工作倦怠问卷进行修改,并将银川市96名护士调查结果进行统计分析。结果96名中出现职业倦怠23人,出现职业倦怠前期症状67人,无职业倦怠6人。结论银川市护理人员职业倦怠的状况不容乐观,长此以往必定会影响护理人才队伍的稳定性和护理队伍的整体素质,不利于我区医疗护理质量的提高。应采取相应措施维护护理人员的身心健康,提高护士护理工作的积极性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of job burnout and to explore measures of remaining nurses' body and psychology healthy.Methods Maslach burnout inventory(MBI) and work ability index(WAI) were used to measure burnout and work ability in 100 nurses in Yinchuan City.Results The results indicated that there were 23 nurses found out job burnout,and 67 nurses had early age syndrome of job burnout,only 6 nurses had no job burnout.Conclusion There is high job burnout in nurses staff.As a manager,we should improve status of nurses' work ability and improve job burnout condition of nurse staff by enhancing personal resource and achievement.
