| 摘 要： | 目的：评价无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法：回顾分析125例腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者资料。结果：腹股沟疝无张力修补术具有创伤小、恢复快、复发率低等优点。结论：无张力疝修补术已成为成人腹股沟疝的首选术式。

| Abstract: | Objectives:to evaluate the clinical effects of tension-free hernioplasty in treating adults' inguinal hernia.Methods:retrospective analysis of clinical data of 125 cases of inguinal hernia tension-free hernioplasty in our hospital in the past four years.Results:tension-free hernioplasty possesses advantages like small trauma,soon recovery and low reoccurence rate.Conclusion:Tension-free hernioplasty has become the first choice in treating adults inguinal hernia at present. |
