应用护理程序组织骨科护理教学查房的做法与效果评价

护理教学查房是临床护理教学的重要组成部分。如何充分利用有限的教学资源 ,提高本科护生的临床技能 ,尤其是专科护理技能等综合能力值得探讨。通过应用护理程序 ,对 2 7名本科护理实习生组织和实施集中式骨科护理教学查房 ,既使护理教学查房更具目标性、针对性 ,而且还将护理程序灵活地运用于临床护理过程 ,提高了护生理论联系实际、学用结合的水平 ,同时也使其对护理教学查房过程有一个感性认识 ,有利于培养其教学技能。

Practice and effect evaluation of nursing process in practice of teaching ward round in orthopedics care

Teaching ward round is an important part in clinical nursing teaching. How to improve the clinical techniques,especially the specialized techniques of undergraduate nursing students by utilizing limited teaching resource is still worth studying.According to nursing process,we collected 27 undergraduate nursing students to practice the concentrated teaching ward round in orthopedics care,which not only made the objective of teaching ward round more categorical,but also could make use of nursing process in clinical nursing with agility.From this practice,the students' ability of combining practice with theoretic knowledge was improved,at the same time,the students had got a sensible comprehension to nursing teaching ward round,which is helpful to cultivate their teaching techniques.
