摘    要:目的:寻求汞接触工人健康监护的敏感指标。方法:对某荧光灯厂64名汞接触工人进行生化免疫指标测定,并与某保健品公司76名职工为对照组进行比较。结果:接汞组IgG(免疫球蛋白G),IGM(免疫球蛋白M),Lys(溶菌酶)显著低于对照组(P<0.05,0.01,0.01),男性汞接触组血清ALKP,LDH活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05,0.01),也高于女性接触组(P<0.05),汞接触组吸烟,饮酒者血清ALKP,LDH活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05,0.01),也高于女性接触组(P<0.05),汞接触组吸烟,饮酒者血清ALKP,LDH活性显著高于不吸烟,不饮酒者,结论:低浓度汞接触对人体液免疫呈抑制状态,提示体液免疫指标和检测可考虑作为汞接触工人健康监护敏感指标之一,吸烟,饮酒者同时接触汞可能会增加其毒性作用,加重组织的损伤程度,有必要进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective] To find sensitive criterion of health supervision of workers exposed to Hg. Method]To monitor the biochemical and immune criterion of 64 workers exposed to Hg in a fluorescent lamp factory, and compare the criterion with that of the control group composed by 76 staff in a health food company. Result ] IgG , IGM and Lys of the group exposed are significantly lower than the control group( P < 0.05,0.05,0.01); serum AlKP and LDH activity of male group exposed to Hg are significantly higher than control group ( P < 0.05,0.01) and female group exposed to Hg ( P < 0.05) . Serum AlKP and LDH activity of workers who smoke and drink are significantly higher than those who do not smoke and drink in the group exposed to Hg . Conclusion]Low concentration exposure to Hg is inhibitory to humoral immunity, which shows the test of humoral immunity criterion can be one of the sensitive criterions of health supervision of workers exposed to Hg. Smoke and drinking may increase its toxic action, and aggravate tissue injury. Further study is needed.
