高龄老人冠脉造影术后伤口压迫时间的对比分析

目的探索冠状动脉造影术后沙袋压迫止血的最佳时间。方法将86例高龄冠状动脉造影术后患者随机分为沙袋压迫止血时间6 h组(观察组)和8 h组(对照组),观察穿刺点出血、足背动脉搏动、排尿困难、腰背酸痛、烦躁、失眠等情况。结果两组穿刺点出血比较无明显差异(P>0.05)、失眠比较无明显差异(P>0.05);而足背动脉搏动弱、排尿困难、腰背酸痛、烦躁等并发症观察组明显少于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论提示冠状动脉造影术后沙袋压迫时间有缩短的可能,从而为提高患者舒适度,减轻心理压力及并发症提供了临床依据。

Comparison and Analysis on Postoperative Wounds Pressing Time of Elderly Patients with Coronary Arteriography

Objective To explore the optimum time needed for sandbag pressing hemostasis in elderly patients with coronary arteriography.Methods Eight-six patients with coronary angiography were divided into two groups:the observation group with sandbag pressing time of 6 h;the control group with sandbag pressing time of 8 h.Patients' conditions,such as puncture location hemorrhage,weak dorsalis pedis pulse,difficulty in urine,back pain,agitation and insomnia,were observed.Results Between the observation group and the control group,there was no significant difference in the incidence of hemorrhage in puncture location(P>0.05).There was also no significant difference in the incidence of insomnia between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the incidence of other complications,such as weak dorsalis pedis pulse,difficulty in urine,back pain and agitation,was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion There is a trend toward shorter pressing time after coronary arteriography.This finding would serve as an evidence for clinical treatments by which the psychological stress and complications would be decreased.
