摘    要:实时定量PCR阵列技术(RQ-PCR-array)以实时定量PCR(RQ-PCR)技术为核心并结合阵列(array)技术,能够比较可靠、准确地检测信号转导、疾病相关通路等过程相关的基因表达图谱,在规模化检测基因表达方面具有高通量的显著优势,已广泛应用于基础研究和临床。如能够结合多重PCR技术,有可能进一步达到超高通量基因表达检测水平。本文对该技术在规模化检测基因表达中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:The real-time quantitative PCR array technique(RQ-PCR-array),based on the RQ-PCR and combined with the array approach,can be used to analyze the expression of a large number of genes concerning signal transduction,signal pathway with diseases.The most fascinating is the large-scale genes expression analysis ability by using this novel technique,which is especially important for basic and clinical studies.In addition,if combined with multiplex PCR,the RQ-PCR array will probably contribute to super high-throughput level analysis of the gene expression.In this paper,the research progress in this field is reviewed.
