| 摘 要： | 目的]分析消炎止痛膏治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法]将168例符合标准的痛风性关节炎急性发作患者按照单盲法在门诊随机分成治疗组84例和对照组84例,治疗组采用消炎止痛膏治疗急性痛风性关节炎;对照组采用秋水仙碱片、西乐葆片口服加扶他林软膏外擦。结果]消炎止痛膏外敷1～2个疗程后,81例患者治愈,3例无效;对照组78例临床治愈,6例无效,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01,x2=10.37,V=2)。中药组治疗急性痛风性关节炎止痛效果与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论]消炎止痛膏外敷患肢肿胀消退较对照组快,而止痛作用不逊对照组,对于急性痛风性关节炎具有良好的治疗效果。
