苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合阿魏酸哌嗪治疗高血压肾病疗效观察

目的]观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平(施慧达)联合阿魏酸哌嗪治疗原发性高血压引起的肾损害的临床疗效。方法]所有入选患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组予常规限制钠盐和蛋白加上短效CCB、利尿剂、β受体拮抗剂等治疗;治疗组在此基础上口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,观察治疗前后患者血压、夜尿、尿蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮、肾功能、尿β2情况。结果]当原发性高血压合并肾脏损害到达CKD2/3期时,使用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合阿魏酸哌嗪疗效明显优于常规的单纯控制高血压和使用短效降压药物的疗效。结论]苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与阿魏酸哌嗪具有协同作用,能减轻肾脏间质纤维化进程,从而达到改善和保护肾功能的作用。

Observation to Hypertensive Nephropathy Treated with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets and Piperazine Ferulate

Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets and Piperazine Ferulate on primary hypertension induced kidney injury.Method] Randomly divide patients into control and treatment groups;the control one treated with routine salt-limited protein and short-effect CCB,diuretics and β-receptor antagonist;the treatment group added with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets and Piperazine Ferulate,4w as a course;observe blood pressure,night urine,urinal protein,serum creatinine,usea nitrogen,kidney function and urineβ2.Result] When primary hypertension combined with kidney injury reaches CKD2/3 stage,using the said drugs has more marked cure effect than routine therapy.Conclusion] Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets and Piperazine Ferulate have coordinative function,can reduce the process of kidney mesenchyme fibrosis and improve and protect kidney function.
