脉象的脉名与脉素

任何人任何时候的脉象都应俱有位、数、形、势诸要素,即"脉素"。脉素既是对脉象不同方面性质的定性,又是对同一方面性质不同程度和不同大小的定量。对于脉素量度的大小等级,笔者以为可用"脉素值"来表示,而其变量至少有七个,即脉位的浮沉、脉率的数迟、脉体的长短、脉幅的大小、脉势之滑涩、脉力的强弱、脉律的至止。脉象这样一个复杂的多变量系统,可以利用数学上的"多变量样本的图分析法"制成"脉象雷达图",从而促进临床脉诊的规范化。

Name and Factor of Pulse Condition
