| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨针罐结合加运动疗法对周围性面神经炎预后的影响及针刺时机的选择。[方法]154例周围性面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用常规针刺结合患侧面颊区闪罐加面部肌肉运动疗法治疗;对照组采用常规针刺治疗。结果治疗组有效77例,有效率98%;对照组有效67例,有效率89%(P<0.05)。[结论]针罐结合加患侧面部肌肉运动疗法治疗周围性面神经炎疗效优于常规针刺治疗;其预后与病程长短有关。
