| 摘 要： | Myc家族是重要的癌基因家族。在多种肿瘤中Myc被激活,能够调控具有抑癌或促癌作用的微型RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs),或者被调控。Myc与其相关miRNAs之间复杂的调控网络,对肿瘤的发生和发展有着举足轻重的作用。同时这种调控网络在干细胞相关研究中也得到证实,这又为肿瘤干细胞的研究提供了一条新的线索。本文从抑癌、促癌作用以及肿瘤干细胞相关研究3个方面,综述了Myc与其相关miRNAs的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Myc is an important oncogene family,whose members can interact with microRNAs(miRNAs) as oncogene or tumor suppressor.The complicated regulatory network between Myc and miRNAs is crucial for tumorigenesis.This interaction was also reported in many studies involving stem cells,and it opened a new chapter for current cancer research.This review is about the progress in the research of Myc and its related miRNAs as oncogene or tumor suppressor,as well as their roles in cancer stem cells. |
