| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中药补气养阴活血化瘀治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法]选取101例患者随机分为治疗组34例,对照组32例,实验组35例。治疗组及对照组两组均予常规抗病毒,营养心肌等对症治疗;治疗组加服补气养阴活血化瘀剂;实验组单纯用中药治疗。结果]治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为94.12%和81.2%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率为85.71%,优于对照组。结论]中药补气养阴,活血化瘀治疗病毒性心肌炎有显著效果,且无明显毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the cure effect of notifying Qi and Yin activate blood circulation to remove stasis(NQYABCRS) on virus myocarditis.Method] 66 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(1) and control group(2);both given routine anti-virus and cardiac muscle nutrition;the group 2 added with NQYABCRS.Result] Two groups had total effective rates 94.12% and 81.2% respectively,with marked difference between them.Conclusion] TCM NQYABCRS has obvious cure effect on virus myocarditis,without marked ... |
