| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨骨折内固定失败的原因。[方法]回顾分析27例骨折内固定失败患者病例。[结果]在27例骨折内固定失败的病例中,钢板螺钉松动断裂12例,骨不连7例,感染8例。[结论]内固定材料、医生的手术方式方法、患者自身的原因三者是骨折内固定失败的关键所在,只要三者中有一个出现偏差,就会发生骨折内固定失败。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the reason of failure internal fixation.[Method] Trace back and analyse the reason of failure in 27 cases of fracture internal fixation.[Result] In 27 cases,12 had loose and broken steel board bolt,7 had bone dis-connection,8 had infection.[Conclusion] The material,operational style,the patient himself are the key points of failure internal fixation,as long as one is deviated,the failure will be caused. |
