术后早期肠内营养在直肠癌患者中的应用

目的 探讨术后早期肠内营养在直肠癌患者术后康复过程中的的临床作用和安全性.方法 将122例直肠癌手术患者随机分为早期肠内营养（EEN）组、延迟肠内营养（DEN）组和肠外营养（PN）组,通过检测3组术前和术后的各项营养指标和免疫指标的变化,以及消化道症状的表现、并发症、住院费用等,对三种营养方式进行比较.结果 EEN组患者术后第7天时各项营养指标和免疫功能指标均较DEN组、PN组改善,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）;EEN组患者的肠道功能恢复时间较PN组缩短,且并发症发生率下降,住院费用减少,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 直肠癌术后的患者予EEN支持疗法较DEN、PN对恢复机体的免疫功能、维持机体的正常代谢功能、促进胃肠功能恢复有更为重要的意义.

The application of early enteral nutrition in patients with rectal cancer surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with rectal cancer in the course of the clinical effect and safety. Methods A total of 122 cases of rectal cancer surgery, were randomly divided into early enteral nutrition group （EEN group）,delayed enteral nutrition group （DEN group） and parenteral nutrition group （PN group）, indicators of nutritional and immune were detected in the three groups preoperative and postoperative, as well as the performance of the digestive tract symptoms,complications,hospital charges and so on, to explore the advantages and disad- vantages of the three types of nutrition. Results EEN group patients nutritional status and immune function to restore faster than the DEN group and PN group in the postoperative, early restoration of gastrointestinal function compared with PN group, decreased the incidence of complications, reduced hospitalization costs （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early postoperative EN support in patients with rectal cancer surgery for the restoration of immune function, maintain normal body metabolism, and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function are important.
