舟山群岛居民碘营养状况调查分析

摘    要:目的调查舟山海岛地区居民的碘营养状况,并评价食盐加碘的利弊。方法根据整群随机抽样法对舟山海岛居民进行流行病学问卷调查和尿碘测定;对相应地区8~10岁儿童行尿碘检测。结果舟山海岛地区成年居民尿碘中位数(MUI)总体为226.0ug/L,其中城镇居民320.7ug/L、盐民122.2ug/L、农民188.9ug/L、渔民193.6ug/L、普陀山僧侣271.7ug/L;相应地区8~10岁城镇儿童MUI为259.0ug/L、盐民儿童123.71.1g/L、农民儿童130-9ug/L;女性尿碘水平显著低于男性(P〈0.05),是否食用加碘盐和海产品与尿碘的差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05),而年收入、是否食用蔬菜水果、吸烟、饮酒、饮茶与尿碘水平的差异则均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。结论舟山海岛地区碘营养适量,居民食用海产品较多,不需食用加碘盐;食盐加碘和经常食用海产品可有效提高尿碘水平,舟山地区实施全民食盐加碘的措施值得商榷。

An investigation on Iodine nutrition among residents in Zhoushan archipelago

Abstract:Objective To investigate the iodine nutrition conditions among residents in zhouShan archipelago,evaluating the universal Salt Iodition (USI). Methods 3284 residents in zhoushan archipelago were surveyed by questionnaire ,Meanwhile, the levels of urinary iodine were analysed in those people and in 1638 children from 8 to 10. Results The median levels of urinary iodine of 3284 residents were 226 μg/L, and citizens 320.7 μg/L, famers 188.9 μg/L, salt-maked 122.2 μg/L, fishers 193.6 μg/L, buddhist 271.7 μg/L, respectively. The MUI of the children from 8 to 10 years old were 259.0 μg/L in the town, 123.7 μg/L in the salt district and 130.9μg/L in the country. The levels of urinary iodine among women were significant lower than that in men., while it was higher among the residents who ate iodine salt or sea food.There had no significant relation to eating vegetables and fruits, smoking, alcohole and tea (P 〉0.05). Conclusion The residents of ZhouShan Archipelago,who ate a lot sea food ,had an adequate iodine in-take,and they need not take iodine salt.
