| 摘 要： | 目的]通过观察中药复方制剂"冠心平"治疗冠心病心绞痛患者前后血清ET、NO以及临床症状和心电图等疗效指标的变化,评估"益气养阴、活血化痰法"对冠脉内皮功能的影响及其治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效。方法]临床研究中将不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为两组:试验组40例,予常规西药加中成药冠心平;对照组40例,予常规西药加中成药心可舒,4周为1疗程。结果]临床试验结果表明益气养阴、活血化痰法可减轻患者症状,改善心肌供血,提高血清No含量和降低血浆ET含量。统计表明,试验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论]益气养阴、活血化痰法能显著减轻冠心病心绞痛症状,改善血管内皮功能是其重要的作用机制之一。
