| 摘 要： | [目的]观察改良斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。[方法]选择门诊腰椎间盘突出症患者69例给予改良斜扳法治疗。隔日治疗1次,7次为1疗程。一般治疗1～3疗程,疗程间相隔3d。[结果]69例患者中痊愈45例(65%);好转19例(28%);无效5例(7%)。总有效率为93%。[结论]改良斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of improved inclined pulling manipulation on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.[Method] Choose 69 cases for the said method,with 1～3courses.[Result] 45 cases(65%) were cured;19 better,28%,5 no effect,7%;the total effective rate was 93%.[Conclusion] Improved inclined pulling manipulation has good clinical effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. |
