| 摘 要： | [目的]观察健骨胶囊含药血清对体外培养新生大鼠成骨细胞增殖和分化的干预作用。[方法]三天给药法制备健骨胶囊含药血清;酶消化法由新生大鼠头盖骨体外分离和培养成骨细胞,应用MTT法测定增殖率及PNPP法测定ALP活性,来评价健骨胶囊对成骨细胞的增殖和分化的作用。[结果]健骨胶囊能提高体外成骨细胞的增殖率、提高ALP活性。[结论]健骨胶囊含药血清对成骨细胞体外增殖与分化具有刺激作用,为健骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症提供血清药理学依据。
