842例在职公务员高血压患病现况及影响因素分析

目的 调查在职公务员高血压的患病率,分析其危险因素.方法 对衢州市842例在职公务员进行问卷调查及全面体格检查,收集相关资料进行分析.结果 842例被调查在职公务员中,高血压患者131例,患病率为15.56%.不同性别、级别、婚姻状态、职业和学历的在职公务员高血压患病率的差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）,且男性高于女性,处级干部高于一般干部,离异丧偶高于未婚和已婚,政法干部高于党群和科教干部.随着学历的增高,高血压患病率反而呈降低趋势.性别、年龄、家族史和吸烟均为高血压患病的危险因素.结论 影响衢州市在职公务员高血压患病率的危险因素有性别、级别、职业、学历和吸烟等.

Prevalence rate of hypertension and its risk factors in civil servants of Quzhou City

Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of hypertension and its risk factors in civil servants of Quzhou city. Methods A questionnaire survey and a comprehensive physical examination were conducted in 842 civil servants in Quzhou city. The prevalence of hypertension and risk factors were analyzed. Results Among 842 subjects investigated, 131 cases of hypertension were detected with a prevalence rate of 15.56%. There were significant differences in prevalence of hypertension between subjects with different gender, ranking levels, responsibility and educational levels （P 〈0.05）. Men had higher prevalence rate than women, higher ranking officials had higher rate than lower ranking, officials in charge of legal affairs had higher rate than those in charge of party and technical affairs, officials with higher education levels had lower prevalent rate. Age, family history and smoking were also risk factors for hypertension. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension in Quzhou civil servants are related to age, gender, rank, job responsibility, education level, family history and smoking.
