| 摘 要： | [目的]建立三黄散瘀巴布剂中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。[方法]反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)。色谱柱:Zorbax E-clipse SB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸;检测波长:280nm;流速:1.0mL.min-1;柱温:25℃。[结果]黄芩苷在56.0～904.0ng范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=3.100X-32.65(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为101.3%,RSD 2.1%(n=6)。[结论]该方法简便快速、结果准确可靠、重复性好,可用于三黄散瘀巴布剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To establish a content determination method of Baicalin in Sanhuangsan-yu Cataplasm.[Methods]RP-HPLC was performed to determine Baicalin on a column of Zorbax Eclipse SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃;methanol-0.2 % Phosphoric acid as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was 280nm.[Results]A good linearity can be found in the range of 56.0 ~904.0 ng,and the regression equation was Y = 3.100X-32.65(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 101.3 %,RSD=2.1 %(n=6).[Conclusion]This method is simple,rapid,and accurate,which can be used to control the quality of Sanhuangsan-yu Cataplasm. |
