| 摘 要： | 目的研究微小RNA-200b（microRNA-200b）在子宫内膜癌及子宫正常内膜组织中的表达量，分析microRNA-200b表达量和子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系及其子宫内膜癌发生、发展中的意义。方法采用荧光实时定量PCR方法检测47例子宫内膜癌和11例正常子宫内膜组织的microRNA-200b表达量。结果子宫内膜癌组织中microRNA-200b的表达较正常内膜组织明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；各年龄组织分型、临床分期的子宫内膜癌microRNA-200b表达量的差异无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）。结论微小RNA-200b可能参与了子宫内膜癌的发生、发展过程，起到癌基因的作用，其高表达可以作为一个早期筛查的分子标记物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-200b in endometrial adenocarcinoma and normal endometrium, to examine the association between microRNA-200b expression and clinical outcomes. Methods The expression of microRNA-200b was examined using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） in fresh-frozen specimens from 47 cases of endometrial cancer and 11 cases of normal endometrium, Results The expression of micorRNA-200b was significantly up-regulated in endometrium of endometrieid adenocarcinoma carcinoma compared to normal endometrial tissue （P〈0.01）. There were no significant differences among patients with different tissue types and clinical stages （P 〉0.05）, Conclusion The results indicate that mircorRNA-200b may serve as a potential marker for distinguishing endometrium of endometrioid adenocarcinoma from normal endometrium. |
