高血压家族史对血压正常高值患者血管内皮功能的影响

目的 探讨高血压家族史对血压正常高值患者血管内皮功能的影响.方法 选取有高血压家族史同时血压为正常高值的30例患者（家族史阳性组）及同期血压正常高值但无高血压家族史的30例患者作为对照组,分别测量并比较两组患者空腹血糖（FPG）、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、尿酸、肌酐以及血清NO、vWF水平.结果 两组间FPG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、尿酸、肌酐等指标的差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）,家族史阳性组血清vWF明显高于对照组、NO水平明显低于对照组（均P＜0.05）.结论 有高血压家族史的血压正常高值患者较无高血压家族史的血压正常高值患者血管内皮损伤更明显,对于此类人群应注意早期防治.

Endothelial function of patients with higher normal blood pressure and a family history of hypertension

Objective To investigate the levels of plasma NO and vWF in patients with higher normal blood pressure and a family history of hypertension. Methods Sixty patients with higher normal blood pressure were enrolled in the study, including 30 cases with positive family history and 30 without family history （control group）. Blood pressure, Body Mass Index （BMI）, fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, total cholesterol （TC）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）,triglyceride （TG）, uric acid and creatinine were determined. Results Compared with control group,the level of plasma vWF was significantly higher（P〈 0.05）and NO was significantly lower （P〈 0.05） in the positive family history group, but there were no significant differences in levels of FPG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, uric acid and creatinin between two groups （P〉 0.05）. Con- clusion Endothelial dysfunction may exist in patients with higher normal blood pressure and a family history of hypertension, early prevention and management should be executed in those patients.
