孕康治疗先兆流产及其妊娠结局

目的　探讨先兆流产的治疗方法及其妊娠结局。方法　采用口服孕康口服液 (服药组 )和肌注黄体酮(肌注组 )治疗先兆流产 1 60例 ,对比观察其疗效 ,并将 1 5 7例继续妊娠的先兆流产与 1 0 0例无妊娠早期出血孕产妇对照观察其妊娠结局。结果　服药组有效率为 98.75 % ,肌注组为 97.5 0 % ,两组间无显著性差异 ;妊娠结局的比较 ,先兆流产与对照组亦无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　口服孕康口服液与肌注黄体酮治疗先兆流产均有良好疗效 ,先兆流产对其妊娠结局无明显影响。

Treatment of Threatened Abortion and Pregnancy Outcome by Yunkang Oral Liquid

Objective To investigate the treatment method of threatened abo rtion and its pregnancy outcome. Methods One hundred and sixty threatened aborti on patients were divided into Yunkang oral liquid group and intramuscular injec tion group. Th e patients in peros group were treated with Yunkang peros and the patients in in tramuscular injection group were treated with provera intramuscular injection. T he effectiveness of the two groups was observed and compared. And the pregnancy outcome of 157 continuing pregnancy threatened abortion patients and 100 unblee ding early pregnancy women were observed and compared. Result The effective rat e in Yunkang oral liquid group was 98.75% and that in intramuscular injection gr oup was 97.50 %. There was no notable difference between the two groups. The pregnancy outcome had no notable difference between the threatened abortion group and control gro up ( P >0.05). Conclusion It has good effect that threatened abortion was treated wit h the Yunkang peroral liquid or progesterone intramuscular injection. And threat ened abortion has no side effect on pregnancy outcome.
