急性胰腺炎患者病因分析及内科治疗

目的：探讨急性胰腺炎患者的病因及内科治疗措施。方法：选取34例急性胰腺炎患者为观察对象，回顾性分析疾病发生的不同原因，并根据临床处置措施进行分析，指导临床诊治实践。结果：34例急性胰腺炎患者经积极的综合诊治后，30例进行保守治疗，4例进行手术治疗，1周后痊愈8例，显效15例，有效9例，死亡2例，临床有效治愈率达94．11％。结论：急性胰腺炎发病原因较多，针对性、综合性的诊治措施有利于摆脱生命危险，改善临床症状，值得临床推广应用。

Pathogeny Analysis and Internal Medicine Treatment of Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

Objective. To explore pathogeny and internal medicine treatment measures of patients with acute panereatitis. Meth- ods. 34 patients with acute pancreatitis were used as observation subjects. Different causes of the disease were retrospectively ana- lyzed according to clinical measures to guide clinical practices of diagnosis and treatment. Results： 34 patients with acute pancreatitis were comprehensively diagnosed and treated actively, in which 30 patients received conservative treatments, and 4 patients received operation treatments. In one week, there were 8 recovered patients, and 15 patients that showed effective treatment effects, and 9 effective patients, and 2 patients died, and the clinical effective recovery rate was 94.11%. Conclusion ： There were many causes of the acute pancreatitis, and targeted and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment measures were helpful in escaping risks of life, and improving clinical symptoms, and thus it was worth clinical application.
