沙门氏菌入侵基因研究进展

摘    要:沙门氏菌是一种侵袭性胞内菌,由侵入基因表达的沙门氏菌侵袭蛋白与沙门氏菌的致病性密切相关。沙门氏菌的侵袭蛋白为invA、invB、invC、invD、invE、invF、invG、invH、invI、invJ等一组位SPI-1毒力岛的基因编码。对沙门氏菌入侵基因的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Salmonella is an invasive intracellular bacteria and its invasion protein coded by invasive gene is closely related to its path- ogenicity. The invasion proteins of Salmonella are coded by invasive genes, such as invA, invB, invC, invD, invE, invF, invG and invH. This paper summarizes the advances of research on invasive genes and invasion proteins.
