中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

目的：比较中西医结合和单纯西医疗法治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：随机选取108例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象，分为观察组与对照组各54例。对照组仅采用西医疗法治疗，观察组在西医疗法的基础上加用中医综合疗法。比较治疗前后两组患者的各项指标，进行统计学分析。结果：观察组痊愈44例，占81．48％，对照组痊愈36例，占66．67％，两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组无死亡病例，而对照组死亡2例（3．70％），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：相比于单纯西医疗法，运用中西医结合疗法治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效更佳，病死率更低，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Acute Pancreatitis in the Integrative Medicine

Objective：To observe and explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of acute pan- creatitis with the pure western medicine therapy clinical curative effect difference between the two. Methods： 108 patients with a- cute pancreatitis were treated in our hospital were randomly selected, divided into the observation group and the control group with 54 cases in each. The control group only with western medicine therapy, while the observation group to increase comprehensive ther- apy of traditional Chinese medicine is based on Western medicine therapy. Comparing the two groups of patients with various prog- nostic indicators, statistical analysis. Results： the observation group healed 44 cases, accounted for 81. 48%, while the control group cured 36 cases, accounting for 66.67% , compared to significantly （P〈O. 05） ; observation group, no death case, while the control group, 2 cases of death （3.70% ）, contrast significantly （P〈0.05）, a statistical significance. Conclusion：compared with western medicine only, using a combination of clinical efficacy in treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the mortality rate is lower, is worthy to be popularized in clinical adoption.
