山东平邑金银花不同花期绿原酸和木犀草苷动态变化研究

摘    要:目的:研究山东平邑不同采收期金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷动态变化,为山东平邑金银花药材采收期的确定提供理论依据。方法:以金银花药材中绿原酸、木犀草苷含量、高效液相指纹图谱相及干花得率为指标考察金银花药材三青期、二白期、大白期、银花期、金花期5个不同采收期药材的质量。结果:不同采收期金银花中绿原酸、木犀草苷含量有明显变化,干花质量与产量也有明显变化。结论:金银花质量与采收期密切相关,在二白期、大白期采收质量最好。

Abstract:Objective:to study the different harvest time of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle herbs and mignonette nucleoside dynam- ic change, determine provide theoretical basis for honeysuckle herbs harvest time. Methods: of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle herbs, mignonette glucoside content, highly effective liquid phase fingerprint and drying process in the indicators of dried flowers yield stage three blue honeysuckle herbs, 2 white, stage light, honeysuckle, gold flowering five different harvest time the quality of medicinal materials. Results:2 white period honeysuckle dried flowers at a rate of 22 %, chlorogenic acid content is 3.2 %, mignon- ette glycosides content is 0.11 ~, highly effective liquid phase fingerprint similarity is greater than 0.95. Conclusion: honeysuckle herbs 2 white period is the best harvest time, and provide theoretical basis for harvesting of honeysuckle herbs.
