中医结合交锁髓内针治疗骨折临床疗效

目的：观察中医结合交锁髓内针治疗骨折的临床疗效。方法：将80例胫腓骨骨折患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例，观察组给予中药汤剂结合交锁髓内针治疗，对照组仅给予交锁髓内针治疗。结果：观察组患者骨折愈合时间、肢体肿胀时间及肢体功能恢复时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的临床治愈率为87．5％，明显高于对照组（67．5％），且软组织坏死及伤口感染并发症的发生率亦明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：交锁髓内针治疗创伤小，结合传统中药汤剂内服可缩短骨折愈合时间，使患肢尽早恢复功能，降低并发症发生率。

The Clinical Effect of Intramedullary Pin of Blocage Combining Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Bone Fracture

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of intramedullary pin of blocage in combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine used in bone fracture. Methods ： 80 cases of patients with fracture of tibia and fibula were divided into observa- tion group and control group,40 cases in each. Observation group used chinese decoction and intramedullary pin of blocage in combi- nation of traditional Chinese and medicine for the treatment, while control group used intramedullary pin of blocag. Results： Fracture healing time,limb swelling time and limb function recovery time of observation group were less than control group. The difference had statistical significance（P~0.05）. The cure rate of observation group was 87.5 % ,obviously more than that of control group 67. 5 %. Subcutaneous tissue necrosis,wound infection and the incidence of complications of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group. The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Intramedullary pin of blocage combi- ning traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine used in bone fracture can shorten fracture healing time and make the limb functional recover as soon as possible, and reduce complications with effective clinical application.
