不同浓度氯化钠注射液联合沙丁胺醇雾化治疗感染性细支气管炎效果分析

目的分析不同浓度氯化钠注射液联合沙丁胺醇雾化在感染性细支气管炎治疗中的效果。方法将48例感染性细支气管炎患儿完全随机分为观察组和对照组，每组24例。观察组雾化吸人高渗盐水（10％氯化钠注射液）1ml为0．9％氯化钠注射液1ml＋沙丁胺醇2．5mg，对照组雾化吸入0．9％氯化钠注射液4ml＋沙丁胺醇2．5mg，均1次／8h，共3—5d。比较2组临床咳嗽、喘息、肺部体征好转时间。结果观察组病情严重程度缓解时间平均为（1．8±1．2）d；对照组为（3．2±1．8）d。观察组总有效率为91．7％（22／24），对照组为79．2％（19／24）。观察组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论10％氯化钠注射液联合沙丁胺醇雾化治疗感染性细支气管安全、有效。

Impact of hypertonic saline combined with salbutamol inhalation on the infectious bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the effect of different concentrations of saline combined with salbutamol in the treatment of infectious bronehiolitis. Methods Forty-eight cases of mild to infectious bronehiolitis were di- vided into two groups. The infants received inhalation of 2.5 mg （0.5 ml） salbutamol was dissolved in either 4 ml normal （ 0.9 % ） saline （ control group, n = 24 ） or 4 ml hypertonie （ 10% ） saline （ observation group, n = 24 ）. Patients in each group received 3 treatments every day. Cough, wheezing, pulmonary physical signs and the length of hospital stay were recorded and compared. Results The severity of the disease remission time averaged of the observation group was （ 1.8 ± 1.2 ） d; control group was （ 3.2 ± 1.8 ） d ; the total efficiency of the observation group was 91.7% （22/24） ; control group was 79.1% （19/24） ; the observation group was significantly superior to the con- trol group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Inhalation of hypertonie saline solution and salbutamolis is a safe and effective therapy treating patients with infectious bronchiolitis.
