冬花冰糖煎配合穴位贴敷防治小儿哮喘疗效观察

目的探讨小儿哮喘反复发作的防治方法,观察冬花冰糖煎配合中药穴位贴敷疗法的疗效。方法口服冬花冰糖煎配合中药穴位贴敷对50例哮喘缓解期患儿进行治疗观察,对照组给予西药顺尔宁。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）,2组在主要症状的改善方面,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论冬花冰糖煎配合中药穴位贴敷疗法防治小儿哮喘方法简便、安全、疗效好,能减少哮喘的复发,患儿易于接受。

Clinical observation of pediatric asthma treated with Flos farfarae and crystal sugar decoction plus acupoint application

Objective To explore the prevention and treatment method of repeated attacks of asthma in children,observe curative effect of Flos farfarae sugar decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy.Methods 50 cases of children with asthma in the remission stage were treated oral Flos farfarae sugar decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and observed,while the control group were given western medicine Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,the 2 groups in terms of improvement of main symptoms,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Flos farfarae sugar decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy for prevention and treatment of asthma in children is simple,safe,with good curative effect,can reduce the recurrence of asthma in children,which is easy to be accepted.
