性别对罗库溴铵药效的影响

目的探讨性别对罗库溴铵起效时间、无反应期和恢复指数的影响。方法择期行全身麻醉手术患者60例，根据性别将患者分为男性组和女性组，各30例。5s内静脉推注罗库溴铵0．9mg／kg，记录从推药到T1达0％的时间（起效时间）、无反应期（T1为0％的时间）和恢复指数（T1由25％至75％的时间）。结果男性组和女性组的起效时间分别为（69±20）和（70±17）s，无反应期分别为（40±12）和（45±11）min，恢复指数分别为（22q-6）和（23±4）rain，2组的起效时间、无反应期和恢复指数的组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论按0．9mg／kg罗库溴铵给药，性别对其起效时间、无反应期和恢复指数无影响。

Effect of gender on pharmacology of rocuronium

Objective To investigate the effect of gender on onset time and nonresponse period oi rocuroni- urn. Methods Sixty patients undergoing selective surgery under general anesthesia were divided into 2 groups （ n = 30 each） ：male group and female group. 0.9 mg/kg rocuronium was given within 5 s, onset time, nonresponse peri- od and recovery index were recorded. Results Onset time in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was （69 ± 20） s and （70 ± 17） s re- spectively; the non-response period in both groups was （40±12） min and （45 ± 11 ）min and the recovery index was （22 ± 6） min and （ 23 ± 4） min. Onset time, the non-response period and the recovery index had not significant difference in two groups respectively（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Gender has no effect on onset time, nonresponse pe- riod and recovery index of rocuronium.
