葛根素联合推拿治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效观察

目的：探讨葛根素联合推拿治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：选取80例颈性眩晕患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组给予葛根素0．2～0．4g，加5％500mL葡萄糖静脉滴注，1次／天，连续治疗20天；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用推拿治疗。结果：观察组总有效率为97．5％，对照组总有效率为85．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈o．05）；观察组眩晕消失时间为（3．3±1．5）天，伴随症状消失时间为（4．1士1．1）天，对照组眩晕消失时间为（6．6±2．8）天，伴随症状消失时间为（9．9±2．9）天，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：葛根素联合推拿治疗颈性眩晕，症状缓解迅速，费用低廉，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Puerarin combined massage therapy of Cervical Vertigo

Objective：To Study Puerarin combined massage therapy＇s clinical efficacy of cervical vertigo. Methods： 80 cases of cervical vertigo patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 40 cases in the control group were given puerarin 0.2 0. 4g, ＋5% 500mL intravenous glucose infusion, 1 time / day for 20 continuous treatment days; observation group were carried out on the basis of massage therapy. Results ： The total effective rate was 97.5 ~ in the control group, the total effective rate was 85.0 % respec- tively, there were significant differences （P~0.05） ;vertigo disappearance time of the observation group （3.3 ± 1.5） d, with symp- toms disappearing time was （4.1 ± 1.1） d, vertigo disappearance time of the control group （6.6 ± 2.8） d, associated symptoms disappear time （9.9 ± 2.9） d, the two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusioll：Puerarin combined massage in treatment of cervical vertigo symptoms was quickly, costs less, has a significant effect worthy of promotion.
