糖尿病人群伴发抑郁症临床分析

目的：研究我国糖尿病人群伴发抑郁症的发病率，探讨糖尿病与抑郁症之间的关系。方法：选取611例糖尿病患者与429例其他身体疾病患者，对患者进行汉密顿抑郁量表调查评定，对抑郁症相关因素进行研究。结果：糖尿病组抑郁症发病率为28．6％，明显高于其他身体疾病患者；数据显示糖尿病患者抑郁与性别、文化程度、慢性并发症、糖化血红蛋白等密切相关。结论：糖尿病患者并发抑郁的可能性较高，在治疗中要做好对患者的预后和护理，确保患者早日康复。

Clinical Analysis of Diabetic Individuals with Depression

Objective：To study The incidence of depression in patients with diabetes mellitus of Chinese, and explore the relation- ship between diabetes and depression. Methods：Selected 611 cases of patients with diabetes and 429 cases of patients who were treated in this hospital. Patients were assessed with Hamilton Depression scale investigation for the assessment of patients, to study related factors on depression. Results： The rate of incidence of depression occurred in Diabetes was 28. 6%, significantly higher than that of the somatic disease patients. Research data shows that diabetes patients with depression and patient sex, culture degree, chronic complications, glycated hemoglobin and other factors have very close. Conclusion： There is a high probability of diabetic patients complicated with depression, in the treatment we should do a good job on the prognosis and nursing care of patients, ensure that patients recover soon.
