老年结核性胸膜炎56例临床特点分析

目的：观察老年结核性胸膜炎的一临床特点，分析其临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析56例老年结核性胸膜炎的临床资料，并选择同期住院治疗的50例中青年结核性胸膜炎作为对照组，观察比较两组的临床特点。结果：老年组咳嗽、气急、纳差症状明显高于对照组，而发热、胸痛、盗汗明显少于对照组；老年组副作用要明显多于对照组（P〈O．05）；胸腔积液吸收时间比对照组长（P〈O．01）。两组疗效比较差异无显著性（P〉O．05）。结论：老年结核性胸膜炎临床表现多样，应综合分析，早期诊断，从而减少误诊、漏诊。

Clinical Analysis of 56 Cases of Tuberculous Pleurisy in Aged Patients

Objective：To observe the clinical characteristics of tuberculous pleurisy in aged patients, analyze its clinical efficacy. Methods：a retrospective analysis of 2009 January to 2013 January in our hospital clinical data of the diagnosis and treatment of 56 cases of tuberculous pleurisy in aged patients, and select the same period in 50 hospitalized cases of tuberculous pleurisy in youth as control group, to observe the clinical characteristics were compared between the two groups. Results：the elderly group in clinical manifestations and side effects （13 cases） were more than 3 cases of the control group （P〈0.05）, pleural effusion absorption time is longer than that of the control group （P〈O. 01）. Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups were not significant （P〉O. 05）. Conclusion： the clinical manifestations of tuberculous pleurisy in aged patients and diverse, comprehensive analysis, early diagno- sis, and reduce misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis.
