针刺配合功能训练改善小儿脑性瘫痪精细运动功能临床观察

摘    要:目的观察针刺治疗配合功能训练改善脑性瘫痪患儿精细运动功能的临床疗效。方法对60例患儿采用针刺配合上肢功能训练治疗,并以Peabody精细运动发育量表评估疗效。结果 60例患儿经过3个小疗程治疗后,84.2%患儿抓握能力上升,89.4%患儿视觉运动整合能力分值上升,均值经统计学处理,差异有统计意义(P〈0.05)。50%患儿精细动作发育商提高,36.7%降低,12.1%无明显改变,均值经统计学处理,差异无统计意义(P〉0.05)。结论针刺配合功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫精细运动功能障碍有确切疗效,但其精细运动发育商仍明显落后,提示脑瘫患儿精细运动发育水平明显差于正常同龄儿。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with function training on fine motor function of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 60 patients were treated with acupuncture plus upper limb function training,and curative effect was evaluated according to Peabody fine motion development scale.Results After 3 courses of treatment,84.2% patients improved the grasping ability,89.4% improved visual motor integration ability score,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Fine motor developmental quotient of 50% patients increased,36.7% decreased,12.1% had no obvious change,the difference had no statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with function training can get practical therapeutic effect in fine motor function of children with cerebral palsy,but its fine motor quotient still lags far behind,which prompts development of patients with cerebral palsy was significantly lower than normal children of the same age.
