羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的疗效观察

目的观察羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C（MMC）治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法将我院83例（96眼）翼状胬肉患者,随机分成两组。第1组48眼采用羊膜移植联合术中应用0.02%丝裂霉素C;第2组48眼采用单纯胬肉切除联合术中应用0.02%的丝裂霉素C,观察两组术后复发率和并发症情况。结果第1组48只眼中,3只眼复发,复发率6.25%,第2组48只眼中,11只眼复发,复发率22.92%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。角膜上皮愈合时间：第1组为3～5d,第2组为5～10d。两组均无严重并发症。结论羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉,方法简单,取材容易,角膜创面修复快,复发率低,是安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广。

Observe the curative effect of pterygium treated by amniotic membrane transplatation combined with MMC

Objective To observe the clinic effects of amniotic membrane transplatation combined mitomycin C.Methods 83 cases（96 eyes） with pterygium were divided into two groups randomly.The first group include 48 eyes treated by amniotic membrane transplatation plus 0.02% mitomycin C;The second group include 48 eyes treated by simple pterygium excision combined intraoperative plus 0.02% mitomycin C.Observe the postoperative complications and recurrense rate.Results 3 eyes relapsed in the first group of 48 eyes,the recurrence rate was 6.25%;11 eyes relapsed in the second group of 48 eyes,the recurrence rate was 22.92%.The differents were significant in two groups（P0.05）.The average epithelial recovering time of corneal wound were 3～5d in the first group and 5～10d in the second group.There were no severe complications in two groups.Conclusion The amniotic membrane transplatation combined with MMC is a safe and effective method on pterygium for the shorter time and lower recurrence rate,and it is simple and easy to obtain.
