城市学龄前儿童孤独症阳性调查分析

目的：对铜陵市区学龄前儿童孤独症进行调查分析。方法：采用整群随机抽样方法，对铜陵市区3559名3－5岁儿童进行横断面研究，用克氏孤独症行为量表和儿童及父母有关情况调查问卷进行调查。结果：3559名儿童中89名为儿童孤独症阳性，阳性率为2．5％，年龄、胎龄、喂养方式、新生儿期住院天数不同及父母文化程度不同的儿童孤独症阳性率间差异具显著性意义，P＜0．05，结论：城市学龄前儿童孤独症阳性与父母文化程度及儿童年龄、喂养方式，胎龄，新生儿期住院等自身情况有关。

An Analyse on Positive of Rate Autism Among Preschool Children in City

To study the present situation of autism positive rates of preschool children with different condition in Tongling city. A cross sectional study was conducted with 3 559 preschool children aged from 3 to 5 years old in 21 kindergartens selected from 35 by mass random sampling. Data were collected through individual interviews using Clancy Autism Behavior Scale and a children and parents health information questionnaire. There were 2 061 boys and 1 498 girls who belong to our investigated objects,the autism positive rate was 2.5%.There were different autism positive rates among preschool children of city in different age, gestational age,months in which infant born,feeding ways,and cultural standard of parents,et al. P <0.05. Conclusions] The autism positive rate had relations with cultural standard of parents and some personal factors such as age,feeding ways,gestational age and hospitalization days.
