钛锆合金在口腔修复中的应用情况及生物毒性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨并分析钛锆合金在口腔修复中的应用情况和生物毒性.方法 从本院口腔科2014年1月至2015年6月收治的患者中选取92例进行研究,并根据其人院顺序分为两组,每组46例;其中对照组采用常规材料修复,观察组则采用钛锆合金修复,比较两组患者的口腔修复情况、不良反应和生物毒性.结果 ①观察组的支架松动率、损坏率分别为4.35%、2.17%,均低于对照组的28.26%、19.57%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).②观察组的不良反应发生率8.70%,低于对照组26.09%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).③观察组的生物毒性显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在口腔修复中应用新型的钛锆合金材料,可以显著提高修复效果,降低不良反应的发生,生物毒性较低,疗效确切,安全可靠,适合进行临床推广.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application situation and biotoxicity of Ti-Zr alloy in mouth rehabilitation.Methods 92 patients in department of sto'matology of our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected,and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,46 cases in each group.Control group was repaired with conventional materials,while observation group was repaired with Ti-Zr alloy.Compared the mouth rehabilitation condition,adverse reactions,and biotoxicity of two groups.Results ① The loosening rate and damage rate of observation group (4.35%,2.17%) were lower than those of control group (28.26%,19.57%),with statistically significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).(②) The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group (8.70%) was lower than that of control group (26.09%),with statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).(③) The biotoxicity of observation group was lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion New-style Ti-Zr alloy applied in the mouth rehabilitation can significantly improve the repair effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with low biotoxicity,definite curative effect,safe and reliable,suitable for clinical promotion.
