自拟健脾益肺汤辅助治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌效果分析

目的 探究自拟健脾益肺汤辅助治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果.方法 对照组采用DC方案化疗,观察组在此基础上辅以自拟健脾益肺汤中药治疗;观察对比两组临床疗效、生活质量变化情况及用药安全性.结果 2个疗程结束后,观察组近期总有效率显著优于对照组(54.7％比34.4％,P＜0.05).观察组治疗后KPS改善率为70.3％,明显高于对照组的56.3％ (P＜0.05).观察组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度药物不良反应发生率为14.1％,明显低于对照组的32.8％ (P＜0.05).结论 自拟健脾益肺汤辅助治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可进一步提高近期临床疗效,并可改善患者生活质量,且用药安全性较高.

Jianpi Yifei decoction for advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Yifei decoction for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The control group was treated with DC chemotherapy;in addition,the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yifei decoction.The clinical efficacies,quality of life,and drug safety in both groups were observed and compared.Results After 2 courses' treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (54.7％ vs.34.4％,P ＜ 0.05).The improvement rate of KPS was 70.3％ in the observation group and was 56.3％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 14.1％ in the observation group and was 32.8％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Jianpi Yifei decoction for advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve the curative effect and the quality of life and is highly safe.
