低分子肝素联合异丙肾上腺素雾化吸入佐治小儿重症支气管肺炎效果观察

目的 分析小儿重症支气管肺炎应用低分子肝素联合异丙肾上腺素雾化吸入佐治的临床效果.方法 采用随机数字表法将本院收治的110例重症支气管肺炎患儿均分为两组,对照组采用异丙肾上腺素雾化吸人,观察组在此基础上联合低分子肝素,并以雾化吸入治疗.对比分析其临床病症消失时间与炎性指标.结果 观察组患儿经治疗后的发热消失时间为(2.2±0.9)d、咳嗽消失时间(4.7±1.5)d、喘息消失时间(2.8±1.0)d、肺部哕音消失时间(6.2±1.7)d,均短于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组患儿治疗72 h后的CRP、IL-8、IL-6和TNF-α分别为(12.14±4.89)mg/L、(3.03±0.99)μg/L、(34.43±10.1)ng/L、(19.88±3.53) ng/L,较对照组显著降低(P＜0.05).结论 在异丙肾上腺素基础上辅助低分子肝素雾化吸入,能够有效提高小儿重症支气管肺炎的临床治疗效果,缩短临床病症的消失时间,减轻气道炎症,促进肺功能恢复.

The effect observation of low molecular weight heparin combined with isoproterenol aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with severe bronchopneumonia

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with isoproterenol aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with severe bronchopneumonia.Methods 110 children with severe bronchopneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was treated with isoproterenol aerosol inhalation,and observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin combined with isoproterenol aerosol inhalation.Compared clinical symptoms disappeared time and inflammatory indexes of two groups.Results After treatment,fever disappeared time in observation group was (2.2±0.9)d,cough disappeared time was (4.7±1.5)d,wheezing disappeared time was (2.8±1.0)d,pulmonary rales disappeared time was (6.2±1.7)d,lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).72 h after treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-8,IL-6,and TNF-α of observation group were (12.14±4.89) mg/L,(3.03±0.99)μg/L,(34.43±10.1) ng/L,(19.88±3.53) ng/L respectively,lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with isoproterenol aerosol inhalation can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of severe bronchopneumonia,shorten the disappeared time of clinical symptoms,reduce airway inflammation,promote the recovery of pulmonary function.
